You can make this recipe with the following Zerda pasta:

Ingrédients
- 500g of Zerda® Chakhchoukha pasta
- 500g of lamb pieces (shank, leg…)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 1 handful of washed chickpeas
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Olive oil

Préparation
Step 1:
In a casserole dish, pour a drizzle of olive oil and cook the onion, lamb, tomato paste, chickpeas, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Incorporate the bell pepper and 1.5 liters of boiling water. Let simmer covered for 1 hour over medium heat.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, pour the Chakhchoukha into a bowl. Take some sauce from the cooking halfway through, and pour it over the pasta. Mix and let the pasta absorb all the sauce.
Step 4:

Step 5:
Once cooked, pour the remaining sauce over the Chakhchoukha. Add the butter and serve by placing the meat and bell pepper on top and the chickpeas around it.
