You can make this recipe with the following Zerda pasta:

Ingredients

  • 100g of Zerda® Vermicelli
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 250g of beef, cut into pieces
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 handful of washed chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp of ground coriander
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 stalk of celery

Preparation

Step 1:

Fry the onion and beef in 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes. Add the peeled and chopped tomato, chickpeas, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Add the tomato paste, mix, then add the celery stalk. Cover with 2l of hot water, close the pot, and let it cook for 15 minutes before removing the celery.

Step 3:

Add the Zerda® vermicelli and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes maximum.

Step 4:

Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh coriander on top
