You can make this recipe with the following Zerda pasta:

Ingredients
- 500g of Zerda® Berkoukes pasta
- Olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 250g of lamb, cut into small pieces
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 handful of washed chickpeas
- 1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh coriander
- 1 tsp of ground coriander
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
- 2 tsp of paprika
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1:
In a saucepan, cook the chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and then the lamb. Let everything cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Add the chopped celery, carrots, chickpeas, tomato (peeled and chopped), paprika, coriander, parsley, and salt and pepper to the casserole dish. Mix well and add 2 liters of hot water. Let simmer covered for at least 40 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the Berkoukes to the mixture and let cook uncovered for 30 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.
Step 4:
Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh coriander.
