You can make this recipe with the following Zerda pasta:

Ingredients
- 500g of Zerda® Trida pasta
- Chicken thighs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 large tomato, blended
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp of ras el hanout
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 handful of chickpeas soaked overnight
- 3 hard-boiled eggs for decoration

Preparation
Step 1:
Pour the Trida into a bowl and mix it with a generous drizzle of olive oil (this will prevent the pasta from sticking together during cooking).
Step 2:

Step 3:
In a casserole dish, brown the chicken thighs, chopped onion, garlic, carrot and zucchini pieces. Add the tomato paste and the peeled and chopped tomato as well as the chickpeas. Season everything with the spices.
Step 4:
Pour 1.5 liters of hot water over the mixture and let cook covered for 1 hour over medium heat.
Step 5:
Once the pasta is cooked, pour it into a bowl and drizzle with sauce. Let the Trida rest until the sauce is completely absorbed.
Step 6:
Meanwhile, brown the chicken in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 7:
Place the pasta in a serving dish, add the chicken in the centre and the vegetables and eggs cut into quarters around it.
